I've just upgraded to Premium, but some of the tests are still locked!

I'm a Premium user but the tests are locked

I made a mistake in my information (i.e. wrong email)

I cannot login to my Premium account. What should I do?

I have upgraded to Premium, but I don't see the Premium-only tests. Where can I find them?
