Understanding Fixed-Duration Memberships

At Driving-Tests.org, most of the programs we offer are fixed-duration memberships. These memberships require a one-time payment in exchange for a period of access (7 days, 30 days, 90 days) to certain services. Please note that you don't need to cancel your fixed-duration membership: it'll expire when your billing cycle ends. You'll have access to Premium features until your current paid period ends.

What Are Fixed-Duration Memberships?

Fixed-duration memberships are one-time payments that provide access to a period of membership of certain services. Unlike subscriptions, you are only required to make a one-time payment and will not have to continue to make recurring payments. Fixed-duration memberships provide an alternate option to subscriptions for those who want access to services for a period of time without the need to make continued payments.

Understanding and Managing Recurring Subscriptions

At Driving-Tests.org, we offer more than just fixed-duration memberships. Our CDL Premium 30-day plan offers customers the convenience of a recurring subscription. With this subscription, customers are charged the subscription amount every 30 days until they cancel the program.

Managing Your Recurring Subscription

It's important to be diligent about managing your recurring subscription. Be sure to review your autorenewing subscription periodically to make sure you disable it when you no longer need it. Doing so will help avoid any unwanted charges.

If you wish to cancel Automatic Renewal on your recurring subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on the Driving-Tests.org website.

  2. In the top right, select 'Account Settings.'

  3. Click on the 'Auto-renew' toggle.

  4. Your cancellation will be processed immediately and you'll receive a confirmation.

Please note that if you cancel before your billing cycle ends, you'll still have access to Premium features until the end of your current paid period.

Responsibility for Disabling Autorenewal

The customer is responsible for disabling autorenewal when it's no longer needed. Make sure to check your subscription status periodically to avoid the hassle of unwanted charges.
