"I think Driving-Tests.org charged my account without my knowledge"

The majority of our plans are one-time purchases and don't renew automatically unless the customer manually enables automatic renewal in their account settings. There are no recurring charges unless the customer explicitly enables it.

Is it possible that you enabled automatic renewal and forgot about it? Automatic renewal is always disabled by default unless the customer enables it. We never charge customers without their knowledge.

"I don't remember if I enabled autorenewal or not. How do I check?"

If you're unsure whether you've enabled automatic renewal, you can check your account settings. If you've enabled automatic renewal and no longer need it, you can cancel it at any time by going to your account settings as well.

"I enabled autorenewal and forgot about it. I was charged multiple times for the service I was no longer using"

It is the customer's responsibility to cancel their subscription if they are no longer using it. We cannot cancel the subscription for customers proactively unless they reach out to us, as we do not actively monitor account usage. That said, we understand that we all live busy lives, and it's not always possible to remember to cancel a subscription. Nobody likes being charged for something they didn't use. If this happened to you, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll be happy to review your situation. We value our customers' satisfaction and will do everything in our power to make it right. We may offer you a refund for the last billing cycle.

If you think you were charged without your knowledge, or if you're sure you didn't enable automatic renewal and were charged, please reach out to us. We'll be happy to help resolve the issue.

"Do you have plans where autorenewal is enabled by default?"

Automatic renewal is always disabled by default unless you're on a 30-day CDL Premium Monthly plan. This is the only plan that automatically renews by default. It's a recurring subscription for those who prefer to renew their subscription automatically every month and not worry about it. That payment plan is clearly labeled as such, and we will send those customers reminders several days before the charge giving them the option to cancel if they are no longer using the service.
