I can open the site but get error messages

Our support team is usually able to help you within hours on weekdays. If you can, please forward any error messages or screenshots of the issue. Describe your problem in as much detail as possible: the more information you provide, the easier it's for us to identify the problem and help you.

I can access the website, but seeing error messages or glitches

If you can open the website but experience some other problems:

  1. Take a screenshot of the error message and send it to us at [email protected] (add a comment to describe the issue).

  2. Run the Troubleshooter here: https://driving-tests.org/troubleshooter/ and follow the instructions.
