I've added a trainee but I don’t see them in the Dashboard

The user won't appear in the list of your active students when they have just registered for the Premium account (using the link you've sent them). To become an active member, they must log into to their Premium account first. Once they've logged in for the first time, you'll see their profile on your Dashboard page.
